If your products are unused and in new condition, you may return your purchase within 10 days from the day you received to receive a 100% refund. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please email us at hi@vboho.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will review your request and if you qualify provide a Return Authorization number and a return shipping address.
All returns MUST be in brand new and resalable condition and MUST be returned in the original packaging with all the original material. Returned items that are not in their original packaging and/or deemed not resalable will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or we made an error processing your order please contact us right away. We will arrange for a pickup or refund you all return shipping charges after we receive the product back into our warehouse.
